Transpersonal Love is the beautiful sharing of love between people who don't have personal attachments or agendas between each other. 

You know the feeling you get when you receive attention from a barber/hair stylist, doctor/nurse, massage therapist, or the like?  Its a feeling of deep nourishment and enjoyment of touch and "being seen" and valued as a Being.  To our psyche, this type of interaction is but a wiff of Transpersonal Love's capacity for fulfillment and life enhancement.

To nourish our collective psyche with Transpersonal Love greatly contributes to the fulfillment and sense of well-being we feel by establishing a grounded, felt sense of belonging, connection, and value  -thus dropping many of the ego-threatening fears that cause conflicts and upset.  Since "coming out" as a Sacred Intimate I've met many men and women who also have the desire to reflect Transpersonal Love's nourishment for the benefit of all who participate.

Alorah and I have been talking about starting a Transpersonal Love Club (TLC) that would engage with each other using some of our Mythic Love practices: Eye-gazing, Exquisite Engagement, Hand-dancing, Divine Dance, and Mythic Embrace. These practices are designed to be intimate and erotic without genital stimulation or sex acts being part of the container.  Often they are performed in body-suits or wrapped in silk fabric (or can be unclothed -as the participants unanimous consensus agrees to).  We've been doing this with friends informally and now desire to offer it as a gift to the world for the highest good of all who engage in it.

During these engagements we encourage the participants to hold the awareness of connecting to each other's divinity and "seeing" the other as the divine -with all the honor and reverence and appreciation that goes with it.  Engaging from this perspective and "being present" with people you do not have personal attachments or agendas with greatly expands your capacity to love and feel love and honor your own felt sense of being and expressing love (certainly, you can express Transpersonal Love with people you are close to or intimate with also). 

Alorah and I have taken this capacity to another level and willingly engage with whomever is before us with no fear of their body or sexuality.  I'm not recommending this for everyone, only those who feel called to do so, however all can participate in Transpersonal Love expressed within agreed limits of engagement and be nourished by it using the non-sexual practices mentioned above.

This is a letter to my community I sent out about Bob's book that I think you'll enjoy...

Greetings Divine Beings,
If you haven't read Robert Scheinfeld's "Busting Loose from the Money Game" -I strongly recommend reading it.  You might think, looking at the cover and by the title, that its about some money scheme -when actually its a great spiritual guidebook in disguise!

The theme of the book is discovering what the differences are between paradigms (old/new phase 1/phase 2) and making a shift in consciousness and our day-to-day awareness to "divine-detachment" -Bob says: 'stepping out of the movie.'  ("divine detachment" means to be detached from enmeshment with "the movie" and yet having divine compassion, love, and interest towards that which is being detached from -my phrase not Bob's).  Being stuck in "phase 1" or "in the movie" is like sleep-walking and banging into walls, or struggling to climb up a mud-soaked hill that keeps sliding you back down -there's either an ignorance that brings uncertainty, pain and fear, or a frustration of effort that breeds a feeling of futility.  Awaking to "phase 2" takes you out of Egoic evaluation and fear, gives you confidence of Being with knowledge of who you really are, and modulates desire with non-attachment to outcome.  What's been interesting for me is discovering how much its possible to be enmeshed "in the movie" and realizing the pseudo-security we feel (really: are searching for) in phase 1 reality is part of the illusionary fabric that "reality" is made of.

Add in the concepts of Quantum Physics to this and the extent and magnitude of "maya" (the illusion of matter and form -and the experience of "life" built upon such an illusion) becomes strikingly apparent.  Knowing that all matter is energy vibrating at various frequencies and amplitudes and that there is a vastly larger void of potentiality that makes up all existence and that there is one infinite Being that comprises all of that (us, the universe, all dimensional realities) who is having an experience of limiting its awareness of itself and its infinite abundance and rediscovering itself through (in part) our individual expression of "life" that is experiencing this time/space physical dimension -helps to shake us out of our enmeshment to dependence on physical reality for understanding our place in the universe and our value as a Being.  It provides a "witness" perspective to our engagement with our life experiences.

Bob helps us to disengage from the maya ("movie" in Bob's metaphor) and develop a divine-detachment to the maya/movie.  The critical linkage is in understanding that as the divine Being having all these experiences -we are utterly safe and secure in our "always-is-ness" and completely loved and valued and cherished as this divine Being (the Being-that-all-of-us-are).  Realizing this "truth" deep in our soul gives us a calm, complete confidence-in-being and allows our awareness to relax vis-a-vis what is happening in the maya/movie.

As Bob and Quantum Physics point out, all we see and feel and experience in our universe is a hologram -made up- energy vibrations interpreted by our brains and given meaning -forming our understanding of our existence and interfacing with life.  Since this is so, everyone/everything you see, taste, feel, hear, smell, and even intuit, are all merely patterns of energy in space (lots of space it turns out -90% or more) and are much less predictable and understood than the values our brain gives to such information.  In fact, it may be that the universe doesn't exist unless your consciousness is focussed on it (its particular "section") -and then it comes into form.  Imagine that, how illusory -and illusionary- the universe can be!

What is real? What is reality? As Bob points out, the only thing that is "real" is the Being-that-all-of-us-are, the one who is infinitely abundant and created the maya/illusion as a game (or dream, in some cultures) that limit's its infinite power through illusion and rediscovers itself through revelation and experience.  The "movie" being played before us is designed to give our individual expression of the divine an individual experience of life.  To the degree we identify with the movie (inflated Ego-engagement) we become enmeshed in the movie's "rules" and currents of popular thought, struggles and fears.  When we maintain the awareness of our divinity (Being-that-all-of-us-are) and divine-detachment ("its only a movie") we engage with the movie actors with reverence (knowing them to also be of the Being-that-all-of-us-are) and without Egoic desire of manipulation or control -but to merely enjoy the moment and seek its gifts.

Each engagement becomes an opportunity to see how the divine will manifest in that moment -we engage eagerly with life with an open anticipation.  We see the movie as a consistent stream of messages flowing from the divine to us.  Our life takes on a fuller, mystical form (as above, so below; within/without; macro/microcosm) and the characters in our "movie" have significance and represent ourself in some way.  Occurrences and happenings take on seminal significance as we relish every drop of life in each moment.  The "wobbles" of life become smaller and/or easier to "transition with grace" and our Egoic triggers dissipate.

The Movie analogy also is good to check and see "Where are you in relation to the movie?" -are you enmeshed in the movie as one of the characters playing out scenes unconscious to your divinity and struggling with the crazy "rules" of the movie, or, are you sitting in the theater seat watching the movie with divine-detachment, enabling you to gracefully engage without getting caught up in the movie's maya/illusion?
So "Busting Loose..." (please read Bob's book!) is the first part, the second part involves how to live in "divine-detachment" and engage with "the movie" without forgetting who you really are and what your relationship to the movie is ...more to come.

Here's a follow up letter to our community and my latest phase 2-ings...

Greetings Divine Self!
Well, what an interesting email to follow my last to you about "Busting Loose from the Money Game," the "Movie," and our Divine-Detachment perspective.  When I last wrote I promised more to come about Living with/in Divine-Detachment and what it looks like to not be enmeshed in the movie... little did I know, Alorah and I would have a huge "egg" of power to reclaim tossed our way so soon!

We returned home from a wonderful four day visit down in Gilroy and Carmel Valley, CA. with the Satori and Wowza beauties of our ComeUnity to find that a major shift had happened in our "movie!"  Our Expanded Self arranged to have the vast majority of our "farming" project be appropriated by another being -or just disappeared from our hologram, whichever you prefer.

So, as I'm writing this to you, I'm witnessing my mind and following its thought associations and search for meaning to what has happened.  The mind likes to give "meaning" to things that happen in our lives, and it weights that meaning with importance and impact depending on the emotional state of balance/grounding we are experiencing while processing the experience.  Well this has been a doozy...

We're being shown an "egg of power" (see "Busting Loose") that goes directly to our survival instinct issues -that of having our "living expenses" paid for.  Just that phrase "living expenses" brings up a challenge to my phase 1, 2 awareness -why are there "expenses" for living?  In the movie there are living expenses.  Out of the movie we are: The Divine Being-that-all-of-us-are which is utterly secure and without threat of any kind.  So, my sadness, frustration, and feelings of loss vis-a-vis what was stolen are tendrils of phase-1-ness infiltrating my awareness.  The more meaning I give it the more my energy drops and the more sadness and lower vibration emotions I feel. -uh uh, no way jose, ain't doing that no more...

My expanded, divine, self is/has been watching this movie and sending me lots of love from so many of you -I am profoundly blessed. Leading up to this plot change (and continuing...) I've been immensely happy with "my hologram."  My experience of love and fulfillment is expanding and it has been an exhilarating ride!  And that appreciation for all of you is what is buoying my spirit as I consider this latest surprise. 

Holding appreciation for "the hologram" and my stellar capacity as my Expanded Self for having created it focuses consciousness in my divinity and gives me a level of detachment that lets me process information from the hologram ("the movie") for my enrichment, enjoyment, evolving experience of love-and-life without suffering with my Ego's sense of fear and loss/separation.  By investing my consciousness with Divine-Detachment, I engage with love and understanding.  By accepting the movie's scene as being perfect for my personal "needs" (my persona in the movie) there is much less suffering of emotional pain and stress.  In fact, there is an exhilaration of spirit when Divine-Detachment takes me through an experience with grace that would otherwise throw me for a major loop.

Despite this major shift in the plot of the movie my focus is on our loving and being in your presence again and enjoy our engagement further.  Our ComUnity is growing with beautiful people, light Beings, stellar compatriots of enlightenment and mirth! (wow, mirth, when do you see that in a sentence? it just popped into the hologram! *grin*)  -So Being in Divine-Detachment lets me see what is really meaningful to me -and it is not what was stolen.  What is important and meaningful in my life is the love that I share with you in so many forms and capacities -it is the divine giving back to itself the experience of love, passion, joy, and divine-inspiration.  Dear One, thank you for being in the movie with me -and for being your stellar Divine Self- we are all "OK," all-right, all-bright, all de-light-ed to be with you here, now.
